Product Description
This high-performance big bore piston kit is designed to deliver maximum power gains. It includes two 82 mm PISTA pistons, precision-engineered from forged aluminium, along with matching 82 mm ring sets. With an increased compression ratio of 14.5:1 (compared to the standard 13.5:1), the kit requires the use of at least 100 octane fuel (EU specification).
Compatibility & Intended Use
Suitable for all Aprilia RS and Tuono 660 models from 2021 to 2026, this is a race-focused product. Professional installation is essential, including proper ring gap setup and careful piston-to-valve clearance checks.

Piston rings are included. The kit is designed to work with the original piston pin, circlips, and cylinder head gasket, which are not included but we can source them, please ask!
