Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You may do this by contacting us in writing or by completing our Withdrawal from Contract Form.

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Returned items should be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, complete with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond that which would normally be permitted in a retail store.

Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law; however, any additional costs resulting from a premium delivery service selected at checkout are not refundable.

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including goods that have been made to your specifications, personalised items, or any other products that are exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.
