MB Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MB
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 28 days following your purchase. After this point, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must have been purchased on, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. Items that have been sold in a bundle at a bundle price, cannot be part-refunded.
Defective parts will be exchanged (if not possible, an entirely new part will be sent).

Requesting a Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send us the invoice received and the order number.

If you find that you ordered the incorrect part and simply need to exchange it for the correct version of the same item, send us an email to and send your item to the address noted on the invoice.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please do not send us items that were purchased more than 28 days before the date that we receive it back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days using the original method of payment.

Please do not attempt to send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to us at the address on the invoice
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanged items are dispatched to you via Royal Mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
