MB Special Parts ships performance motorcycle parts and accessories to customers throughout the UK and worldwide. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight, dimensions and destination of your order. This allows us to provide accurate shipping rates for everything from small replacement parts through to complete exhaust systems and larger performance components.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Where products are temporarily unavailable or subject to supplier lead times, dispatch may take longer. If this affects your order, we will contact you with an update.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL to ensure reliable domestic and international delivery. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

International Shipping

We are pleased to supply customers around the world. Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Please note that orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. MB Special Parts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Where appropriate, please include photographs of the packaging and any damage to help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
