Complete DID 16/40 final-drive transmission kit for the Aprilia RSV 1000 New/2nd generation. Designed to replace worn chain and sprocket components as a matched package, the kit combines durable steel sprockets with a high-quality DID chain and includes a riveting tool for correct chain closure.
The kit uses a 16-tooth steel front sprocket and 40-tooth steel rear sprocket with a 525 pitch DID chain measuring 106 links. The specified 16/40 gearing maintains the intended final-drive ratio while delivering reliable, consistent power transmission.

Installation should be completed in accordance with the relevant workshop manual, including the specified tightening torques and chain tension. Professional fitting is recommended if you do not have suitable chain servicing experience.

Items must be complete, uninstalled and in a resaleable condition, ideally with their original packaging. Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
