Developed specifically for the Aprilia RSV4 1100 and Tuono V4 1100 E5+, this Stage 2 Racing Kit combines the UpMap T800+ with an Arrow AISI 304 stainless steel racing header to deliver a complete exhaust and ECU upgrade for track-focused riding.
The Arrow racing header replaces the original catalytic section, removing the restriction created by the catalyst and exhaust valve while improving exhaust gas flow. The UpMap T800+ provides the ECU management required for the modified exhaust configuration, allowing the motorcycle's ECU to be recalibrated using compatible Gabro Racing Team maps.
This is the ideal Stage 2 upgrade for the Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 2025, without making changes to the intake system.

Installation & ECU Mapping
The OEM catalytic section is replaced with the Arrow racing header and the UpMap T800+ is connected to the motorcycle using the supplied OBD cable.
The original ECU map should be backed up before flashing. A compatible Gabro Racing Team map can then be installed for the racing exhaust configuration.
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
A battery charger or tender should be used while programming the ECU to maintain a stable voltage supply.
Track & Racing Use Only
IMPORTANT: This Stage 2 Racing Kit is intended exclusively for closed-circuit, track and racing use. It is not approved for road traffic.
Removing the catalytic converter, associated sensors and exhaust valve changes the motorcycle's original emissions and exhaust configuration. The supplied UpMap racing maps are also intended for racing applications and are not intended for street use.
