The Stage 3.5 Racing Kit for the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 E5+ (EU 2025 / USA 2026) is a complete performance package built around the newest Tuono platform. It combines a cat-delete Arrow header, enlarged Stage 3 intake box, Gabro Racing Team velocity stacks and the UpMap T800+ tuning device to optimise breathing, exhaust flow and ECU management for track-focused gains.

This setup is designed for riders wanting a fully matched race configuration: a titanium decat exhaust manifold, enlarged and better-sealed intake system with Sprint Filter, custom GRT stacks and the UpMap unit for loading Gabro maps. The result is better airflow, improved throttle feel, stronger torque and smoother power across the rev range.

Installation & Tuning Notes
Professional installation is recommended. The header removes the cat and valve, so ECU remapping with UpMap is necessary to avoid errors and correct AFR. After installing hardware, back up the OEM map and load the Gabro calibrations matched to this Stage 3.5 setup. Always verify performance and check for stored codes after flashing.

Yes. Reinstall the OEM components and reload the saved factory map via UpMap.
